9 years of experience: five years designing B2B, SaaS and data-visualisation products across logistics, manufacturing, fintech, AI, civic and human rights, and edtech, and 4 years in animation, creative direction and design teaching.
I take a product from a PRD to delivery: framing the opportunity, aligning stakeholders, shaping the product and service model, testing with users, and working with teams to launch. I am equally comfortable facilitating a workshop, mapping a system, working in Figma, or interrogating a dataset.
An engineering background keeps me fluent in data; a recent MA in Service Design Strategies & Innovation sharpened the systems and strategy layer.
