Situation
Delhivery’s Control Tower — a rapid-response team preventing network delays — ran on dense Excel sheets that grew unreadable as senior managers, associates and supply-chain teams all came to depend on them.
Task
Turn spreadsheet-based monitoring into a role-based dashboard that helps each team spot network stress and act before packages are delayed.
Action
Mapped three user roles to their data and actions, reframed the interface around decisions, and structured four connected views — Projections, Actual DC, Performance DC and a TAT Report — across a three-level hierarchy from overview to diagnosis.
Result
A role-based operational dashboard that surfaced current stress, future risk and contributing causes — shifting the team from reactive reporting to preventive action.

What needs attention now?
A network overview lets senior users read the overall health of the logistics network at a glance — capacity, load, utilisation and service levels in one place.
What will become a problem next?
Priority stress points surface the regions, routes and distribution centres heading past safe limits, so associates can act on future risk — not just today’s fires.
Who needs to act?
Operational diagnosis connects each stressed DC to its cause and the regional or supply-chain manager who can respond — turning a signal into coordinated action.
The core move

The spreadsheets treated every figure as equally important. I reframed the interface around the decisions each user actually had to make — what requires attention now, what’s likely to become a problem next, and who needs to act. That single shift moved the system from passive reporting toward preventive operations.
